Workplace Training Strategies (WTS) is a progressive Registered Training Organisation located in Brighton East. At WTS we work with clients to provide positive and measurable outcomes in learning and development through specialist training services within the Hospitality, Baking, Retail, Food processing industries and the Business sectors.
In 2020, we are looking at extending our training services to more eligible learners.

As part of this expansion, we are now recruiting ambitious candidates to join our Administration team in Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for fresh school leavers and aspiring candidates to gain experience in the education sector through either a BSB30915 Certificate III in Business Administration (Education) or BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration traineeship.
Role responsibilities will include:
●	Responsible for aspects of student outcome management (Enrolment to Completion) 
●	Assessment of student eligibility and processing of student enrolments as per VIC and QLD state requirements
●	Data entry, scanning, filing and other general administration tasks
●	Answering Phones
●	Audit of student files
●	Update and maintain the Student Management System with accurate data always
●	Creating, maintaining & archiving student files.
●	Monitoring compliant lodgment of paperwork
●	Develop dynamic communication with employers, students and trainers
