Chef - 1st or 2nd year apprentice

One of Melbourne premier beachside venues, offering a fine dining experience as well as a casual dining experience in their bistro and café bar, are currently seeking a passionate apprentice Chef to join their team.

As an apprentice, you will learn to use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using various Cooking methods, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus.  

You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.

To be considered for this position you must have a genuine interest in the Commercial Cookery industry, be willing to learn, committed and reliable.  Juniors encouraged to apply.
