Sarina Russo Apprenticeships client is an established restaurant in Sorrento now under new Management and New Chef.  Serving  Modern Australian cuisine and beverage.  The Restaurant serves Lunch and Dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and will also include Breakfast in Summer.

The business is looking for an Apprentice Chef with a passion for the Hospitality industry to join their friendly team.  If you have a friendly nature and work well in a team and want a career in commercial cooking, this is the job for you. 

As an apprentice Chef you will use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using various Cooking methods, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus.  You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.

To be considered for this position you must be willing to learn, have a passion for working with food, be committed, reliable and a fast learner.  Recommencing 2nd year commercial Cooking apprentices are encouraged to apply.
