Chef - 3rd or 4th year apprentice

One of Ballarat's oldest hotels, located in Brown Hill, offering a traditional local pub experience, is currently seeking a 3rd or 4th year apprentice to join their team and work closely with very experienced head chef.

As an apprentice Chef, you will continue to use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using various Cooking methods, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus.  

You will also continue working towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.

The successful candidate must have completed atleast 24mths of a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship, have a genuine passion for the industry, be willing to learn and reliable.
