Sarina Russo Apprenticeships client is a local family owned and operated business catering to Lilydale, the Yarra Valley & surrounding areas who pride themselves on quality Australian meats & great service. Specialising in a large variety of products from everyday meat needs, wagyu, low n slow, plus all rubs, sauces, charcoal etc.  Due to business needs an exciting opportunity has become available for a meat processing (Butcher) apprentice to join their busy/friendly team.

As a meat processing apprentice you will perform a variety of meat processing and preparation duties. You will also work towards completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Meat Processing.

To be considered for this position you must have a car and license as there is the potential for early starts and Saturday shifts.  You will also need to be fit as this position does require heavy lifting and manual handling.
