Indigenous Personal Banker Trainee

Our client are currently recruiting a number of HSBC Trainees for their Retail Banking and Wealth Management Business in the Sydney Region.

As a Personal Banker Trainee, you will:
•Undertake on the job training, while working full-time in a branch for 12 months
•Study towards a National Certificate III Qualification in Financial Services
•Respond to customers enquires whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service
•Actively Promote HSBC’s full range of products & services to all customers
•Handle Customer complaints efficiently and promptly
•Contributing to front lines sales delivery of products and services by promoting cross- selling opportunities
•Assisting customer transactions at the Self Service Terminals in a friendly, service orientated, prompt and efficient manner
•Receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry (National Traineeship Award wages apply)
