Cook - 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice

A Mediterranean restaurant in Diamond Creek is currently seeking an enthusiastic apprentice Cook to join their team.

As an apprentice Cook you will use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using various Cooking methods, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus.  You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.

The successful candidate must be passionate about working with food, have started their Certificate III in Commercial Cookery apprenticeship and have a car and licence.
