Chef - 1st or 2nd year apprentice

A family owned waterfront restaurant in Rose Bay which is known for it's upmarket seafood dishes and fine dining is currently seeking a passionate apprentice to join their team.

As an apprentice Chef you will use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using various Cooking methods, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus.  You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.

The successful candidate must have  a genuine passion to work with food, some experience in the food industry, be reliable and willing to learn.
